Ok, what I want to know is if this is the same as an 86 4 banger? This is a schematic from an 89 8 cyl...I DID find a yellow/ white stripe wire like it says. Not sure if I hook up the wrong wire if ill fry something!!

Ohh what im trying to do is to find the wire so I can hook up an aftermarket guage as a fuel level...

Is that the only schematic you could find? I think it'd be right even on an 8 cyl car but don't go on my word alone.

I dug up the same one. Do it. Yellow/white for + and black for ground.

 

Yeah, Im going to hook that shit up tommorow and see what happens, I do remember where the stock guage was before I disconnected it so Ill see if its working correctly, plus I put a new tank in there so I know how much gas is in there... Thanks man for trying
