So, I pulled my codes...
....and got 3,4,5, and 8.
From what I can find the list begins at 11...
Does 11-19 = 1-9?
NVM, I read on how to read the damn codes -_-, I have 34 and 85...

Yeah, the egr stuff shouldn't have much of an effect on anything except maybe knock your gas mileage down a little bit. Other than that, they don't really come into the overall picture very much.
