5.0 mag rant
Im about tired of these bs articals on how to spend a ass load of money on these cars that nobody really wants to build.What ever happend with building a sleeper,or being on a budget?I really dont care about bling or audio.
They are really into modular but they only show parts being bought.They never show how to home port the heads,intake plenums with actual data supporting it.Its all"hey buy this $7400 long block for your two valve" and spend your childs collage fund for the rest of the crap.Or the same damn s/c upgrades and head swaps.I'd like to see it go back to old school like budget Joe Sherman builds.Instead of " I went bankrupt becuase I read 5.0"
I know they have offices in Tampa,im hoping they come across this.

if they dont make the readers think that they need the parts that advertisers sell, then the advertisers wont sell parts and wont spend money on advertising.
advertisers pay for everything it costs to research. write and produce the mag, the money you pay goes to cover the shipping/delivery, thats how they can sell subscriptions for under $1 an issue
