Default Good wheel paint?

Have to strip down and refinish some steel wheels on a police interceptor. Anyone know the best commonly available paint for the job? Also, kind of a shot in the dark but does anyone know if the CVPI's had flat black wheels or any gloss to them?

Thanks

go to your local auto paint store like a Finishmaster. they can mix you the proper color in an inexpensive single stage enamel. its easy to use and durable when its hard. a pint will more than paint your wheels and shouldn't cost more than 25$

i used that dupilcolor shit on my wheels. been on there for months now, and still looks like the day i sprayed it.

The p71 wheels are a semi-gloss black.

+1 ive had good luck with the ceramic coat, 1,200 degree paint in the past.. but since you need semi gloss it may not work...
