i've never bought a car from a dealership, never had a warranty so my question is,wouldn't any ford dealership regardless of where you bought it from be able to make repairs? I mean it is being charged to ford motor company anyways so everyone makes their money regardless. If you had a bad experience,go somewhere else, don't go back 3 times, people need to realize that there is no such thing as principle anymore so I wouldnt keep going back to that dealership to fix something when they do a lack-luster job the 1st time all based on the principle of the matter that that's who sold you the car. And Ryan, that isnt entirely true about never going to a place again even though the food is great but the service sucks, unless it's a single business, this is ford,it's a franchise pretty much,so if you really want a big mac and noone else sells big macs besides mcdonalds, and you go to one and the dude in the drivethru is a complete asshole, but you still want the big mac, you're gonna go down the street to the next mcdonalds and possibly they'll be a little more courteous and you'll get what you wanted.

Also, you're warranty is up,you know the diff cover is a common problem,go to a reknown shop like coastal or anyone else who actively posts in this forum, order aftermarket which 9 times out of 10 was designed to hold up a million times better than stock. And you probably will come out spending less dime and less time than at a dealership.

That is correct.... I had a friend with an SVT and he had the same issue with a dealer. He ended up calling SVT to get things corrected. I had forgotten about that, but I am guessing since the car was out of warranty, they weren't going to go above and beyond....
