Block Plate Question....
OK I feel this is a stupid question but what ever. I have an SFI flexplate on my car and its always rubbed the block plate. (plate in between motor and tranny) I have the tranny out and the block plate is all fugged up. Do i get a new or or just say fuck it and don't put one on at all. The last time i did that i had a bunch of starter problems. So through some ideas out there.

if you have an sfi bell you probably don't need a block plate, just check for play in the converter before you bolt it back up
i cut the whole middle out of mine before i got the sfi bell, it only lines up the starter and give you an extra black lady cunt hair for converter in and out.

Think i'm just going to cut it. Now that i think about it, my starter is already close to the header and missing that plate will push the starter that much closer to it so.... Either that or my "FORD" tool will have to come out of hiding.
