I run mine without plate, 4 staters later, I had to put one in kept breaking the ear on the starter, put plate in no more problems. Cut it and leave it in!!! This is on a c-4 though, AOD might be different, dunno.

I got a really nice one that "Tiffiny" on the board here hooked me up with. Well her Boy friend gave it to me. He even helped me cut it out. Bullshit tip of the day, Installing an AOD on you back by yourself sucks.
