Restore it but do simple bolt ons like we had talked about. Exhaust, better carb, ignition, etc.. Maybe leave the rear end alone since you are not looking for tons of power. I think that 7.5 will take 300 or so to the wheels with no problem. But even if you changed it out it would be eay as hell to swap it back some day. Certainly leave the interior alone and tint the windows before the sun starts to eat it up.
