The condos i live at are being dicks about the parking deal also. They just repaved the whole place and put Apt numbers down "Didn't have them when i moved in". They want me to park about 150 yrds away from my place when their is no one living in a few of the apts on the floor above me, so those spots are free. They finaly seen my car parked in the wrong spot after about two months this morning and put this big ass sticker on the car saying its illegally parked.
I normaly park one spot over, so im going to go back to parking their, WITH the wheel turn all the way to one side. Try and get that out Bishes!!...lol No way they can get a flat bed down where it's at and if their is any car on either side "normally is", they will have a accident on their hands.
This car now is only my beater though not the cobra. I get the cobra back soon. If they put so much as a scratch on that thing ...well all i have to say is payback is a bitch.
Funny story, not going to get into detils. But i was at this one woman friends place once. She just moved in. Apperently i parked in this dudes spot. Its like 11pm. I come out to some car parked behind mine, blocking me in. So after a few minutes. This guy comes out all, guess i parked in his spot. I was like sorry didnt see anywhere else to park and their is no visitor spots "end up being way down around the corner". He like well the tow truck is on the way so you can not leave they are towing you car. I'm like, oh yeah?
So after bickering with the guy for a while, i'm like Look i'm leaving in about 2 sec if you like it or not. He goes, i'll call the police if you try to leave. I go, Ha, really? What are they going to do? NOTHING... So then he huffs and puffs , well i'll call them and see if they can cancel the tow truck. Ok sure what ever you say.... So they cancel it and he like ok i'll move they aren't coming..... I Just look at him like he's a dumbass and get in my car and leave.
Im sure thier is typos, dont like sux on my......nuts.

2. by that guy blocking you in and not letting you leave HE was actually committing a crime = false imprisonment; you should've let him call the cops so they could've arrested his stupid ass....

rent an impact drill, go find the biggest drop in concrete ancors you can find.
the 3/4" shoud do it. Drop-In anchors for anchoring to concrete ~ Concrete Fastening Systems
get the thickest eye bolt that you can.
drill a hole in the parking lot, drop in the anchor and the eyelet.
go find the thickest highest grade chain you can, a place that sells shit for cranes is your best bet, there is one on westshore just south of gandy.
also are going to need the biggest toughest lock you can find,
Master lock designed for Government use. http://www.masterlock.com/apps/catalog/product.jsp?subId=D6325&target=commercial|security
also a tube of the two part quick steel epoxy putty.
Go buy a $200 beater car. Chain the car to the eye bolt with as little chain as possible after you flatten the tires to get the car low. Lock the chain with the lock, then jam the key hole with the epoxy putty.
after about 15 minutes when the putty hardens they wont be able to pick the lock, the big disc locks are nearly impossible to cut through with out a torch, even then the car is only 4" off the ground because of the flat tires. The winches on the tow trucks are not strong enough to break the chain or the eye bolt.
Sit back and watch the fun as they struggle for hours on end to move the car.

another good one, although you need about a week long window of a pool being unseen. throw an old cast iron cylinder head into a pool. the chlorine in the pool will attack the cast iron, this will turn the water rusty brown and stain the entire surface of the pool. really helpful if your asshole neighbor goes on vacation for a week.

this is why i got rid of my condo in east lake, you could not park in the guest spots past 11 or they would tow your car. i had to go get a pass every day so my friends could park past 11. and it was these old fucks that had nothing to do that would ride around and find peoples cars to tow.
