ugh i checked them all and they were all fine.. im really hoping it was just a bad connection on the battery..so hopefully this will fix it..i dont understand why it would just happen out of no where..

so like you are driving along and the car just dies and wont start back up? like it wont crank or just wont fire?

i lose volts while im driving my car and it dies.. and then i cant start it back up..

Charge your battery and drive the car to advance they can check the alt on the car you may have a wiring problem. The alt may be good but may not work in the car if the wiring is all fucked up fox bodys do that alot.

Edit* Be carefull, I had a 4cyl that caught on fire at the alt plug.

Dont do that!!!! That can send a voltage spike through your wiring and fry shit.

check the ground and other wires in the power distribution box under the hood. There is a ground in that area that can be missed quite easily. This is an 96-98 I believe you had correct? I'll find some pics on the net and pop it up in a couple.

yea i checked all the grounds on the distribution box..and everything is ok.. im putting new connector things on the battery cables tommorow morning to see if that fixes it because its really nasty..but i already took the alternator to advance and they said it was fine.. so im out of ideas..

Chris its the atlantic blue ones, mine did the same thing like every other day through 3 alternators and batteries, that color is the fucking devil I tell you, it just looks good on the outside..
