well i really think something is messed up..but everyone i've talked to about it just tells me "it's a ford.. they make that noise"

whenever im pulling in my driveway uphill to the left the right rear of my car makes a grinding noise and i have NO clue what it is.. i've tried to have a couple people look at it when i pull iin but no one knows wtf it is.. and it does it sometimes when i go over speed bumps..

im thinking its a blown shock.. but i'm not to sure..


any ideas?
