Pick a hood for me please....
Looking to get another hood. Although my hood is probably one of the best looking hoods ford made it's just too damn heavy. So I'm torn between these two hoods. Yes one is carbon fiber (and will stay unpainted) and some may say it's ricey but if anybody knows me and my car I'm all about weight reduction and getting the most out of my setup. So give me your opinion on which one you'd prefer. Thanks. -Mark
Hood A (Carbon Fiber)
Hood B (Fiberglass...Steeda)

CF unpainted, btw mark, you might wanna take your inner fender lines out. I know the foxes have a piece of farbic that weighs a little bit on the inside of them. Or just completely remove them
Might wanna try the age old way of taking a circle cutting bit, cut holes in none critcal areas and drop some weight that way

I guess when I say I'd leave the CF unpainted is that the damn thing cost so much that initially I'd leave unpainted but eventually it will probably be painted. My stock hood weighs near 40lbs so a CF would cut that in half or more. -Mark
