I think they look good but as far a performance I have heard they are no better then a performer.

86-88 5.0 internals are forged from the factory? so i have herd.

well i am gonna go afr 185series which is a 202 165 head and i was gonna do a 8.5:1 hole eagle assembly and a turbo setup

use any 302 block you like than, it won't matter.

+1. I wouldn't go more than 500-550WHP or the block will crack. Just put a bottom end girdle (top end girdles on 302s aren't a good idea from what I've heard) on it and ride out. To be honest, with a turbo unless you're planning on upgrading your block, you don't need a set of AFRs. I've got a Trick Flow setup and I'll easily make 500WHP with my 60mm turbo. Now if you wanna fork out some cash and get an R block or something, thats another story...
