Uhh..yeah, they'd redlight guys taking 3-5 seconds to stage ONLY if it was a nitrous car going into the beams last and the other car was a turbo car. A turbo car could take as long as he wanted to stage. So just some guy with butterflies gets redlit after only 5 seconds JUST because the other guy was driving a turbo car and was stupid enough to be up on the converter forever..while the other guy inched toward the second beam. Were any cars redlit when it was 2 nitrous cars lined up? And weren't the two turbo cars involved from the same shop? And wasn't one of them the extremely illegal silver Vette? If I've got my facts wrong, just let me know.

How about that 7 second autostart? Or the general rule being 7 seconds to stage?

you were mad over junior?....i forgot to back rob into the groove because i was about to throw down with one of the orlando staff guys...we came very close to duking it out...the 2 cars that had the major burndon was lewis trying to burn down rob in qualifying...2 turbo cars and not even eliminations??? wtf?? i dont know what lewis was thinking...

 

i think you bit wrong on the times, it wasnt 3-5 seconds it was more than 10. and after about the 3rd redlight most got the point.

 

If they had just used Autostart, we wouldn't be having this discussion right now.

True, Joe. People even asked for it before eliminations, but the track officials said no.

 

i dont know who Jr is, but from the cars i saw they would have got redlighted if they were using autostart.

 

Like I said, there were some who were redlit who were NOT over the standard 7 second rule.

In eliminations, I didn't see anyone who should have been redlit and wasn't, but I didn't watch the whole round. I walked away.
