Joey Bridge’s 4.6L modular engine-powered drag radial-shod Mustang broke the 7-second barrier, turning in a 7.98 on Oct. 8 at Memphis Motorsports Park. The transplanted Aussie team, now based in Southaven, Miss., was running in NMCA Super Super Outlaw because there was no Drag Radial class this year.
