i never said my car was faster. Best time i ever had was 10.21@129 if you want to bench race, since you probably don't even have your own car and you work for about 12 bucks an hour and swing off the nuts of anyone that will let you latch on.

what i have said is that walt sold me a transmission that was represented as re-built, it was not, then said he would pay to fix it, and also did not. this is a fact and you can ask him if you like. Check pinellas county consumer protection's website and look at the TWO complaints listed as UNRESOLVED.

i don't have a problem with joe at fordspeed, when i had motor problems he tried to be as helpful as he was able to. Rob's response was "i'm lost". the only person who lost anything was me and my money.

if you want to talk about this in person, or walt decides to finally man up and pay me the $300 he commited to pay me, why don't one of you guys just call me, 727 776 4503. I live about 2 minutes, literally, from where you work.

You say i talk shit about those places, as if i just make this shit up. I wouldn't say these things if they didn't really happen. Some people are good at building cars and making them fast, some are really good business men, some are both, some are none, and some sweep the floors and pickup or deliver parts for $12 per hour like yourself. Did you even work there when any of this happened? No. Were you at fordspeed when we were trying to figure out why my motors kept chewing up rod bearings? No. I'm sure the insight of a Master Certified nut swinging floor sweeper/mopper would have certainly been welcome.

why don't you go spend $800 on a "rebuilt trans" stick it in your car just to find out it is a piece of shit and doesn't work. why don't you have some one who knows so fucking much to redrill a 11.5 inch bolt pattern flexplate to fit a small bell converter and a large bell houing c-4. Thats what he did, ask him, he said it would work, i didn't fucking drill it. guess what, it doesn't work you idiot. He even called his transmission guy who also said it will work, guess what, his transmission guy didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground.

Next, why don't you wrap up about 3500 bucks in a motor, pay a professions to assemble it, drive it five miles and have this.....

thankfully they paid for it the second time around, even paid for the crank and bearings balance etc, alot more than many others would have done, especially the place you work for. In the end was i satisfied, NO. Will i ever do business with them again, most likely not. Will i say things like i hope their cars catch on fire and blow up, no. At least they made an effort. I even did it my self and had the same results with another crank and block, because i just couldn't believe it. Would i uses 30 weight motor oil instead of assembley lube, never. did i use a rod bolt stretch gauge and stretch my rod bolts instead of torquing them, yes. Did i re check each rod end with a dial bore gauge?, yes i did. Do you own any tools like that Mr. Floor sweeper/nut swinger?

The sad thing is both rob and walt have their own say in these incidents.

I asked walt as you said and he was willing to fix the tranny by having someone he deals with do it. He told me that you took it somewhere else and had it rebuilt and then you expected him to pay the bill. True?

I won't even get into who the trans came from because it doesn't really matter why it was messed up just that it was.

As for rob i'd hate to think of how much money he had/has invested in the motor trying to make it right. His time is also worth a good amount when you consider he could be making money building something else. I'd say he bent over backwards to try and make things right on the motor. I also thought it was you that had a gas tank incident with him?

Either way everyone has the own opinion of how, why things happened and who did what that wasn't what they should have. I know rob and walt fairly well and have met you a few times. All that being said I'm just tired of always hearing you complian or rag about what happened. I'm guessing you aren't the $12/hr guy from your comments. If thats the case then 300 bucks isn't enough to really get upset about for as long as you have been.

Do us and yourself a favor and move on. The bashing and complianing won't gain you anything at this point.

I really do hope walt's car does blow up or burn to the ground.

I'm not really all that upset with rob because he did exactly what he said he would do after the second time, nothing. I understand when your buying performance parts you are rolling the dice, and i certainly appreciate that he made a second attempt to make it right, would i have paid for different parts to put in the motor, you better believe it.

with walt, the fact is that he told me in his shop that he would pay $300 to compensate for the rebuild, which actually cost alot more than that. and he did not. Since you know them well, ask him.

Honestly i don't really want the $300, i just want him to be a man of his word. At this point if he gave it to me i would just set it on fire, right in front of him.
