Exclamation Check engine light!!!!

i just got a complete tune up on my 99 ranger xlt, and my damn check engine light doesnt come off!!! it was on for about two days before getting the tune up and it still doesnt shut off! im not sure what to do! any options or opinions on what i should do next... id really appreciate it homiez! ... ( is it true that rangers have a special clip for the diagnostic testing for the computer scanning shit, thats what the guy on busch and 26th said at the advanced auto parts!)

No awy at all to tell without a lot more info. Hook it up to a scanner and you'll know immediatly.

Last time I checked they only scanned OBD1 for free...
