Default Spark plug question

I am replacing my Autolite 23's with NGK TR6's. The problem is the NGKs have about 4 rows of threads more than the Autolites to get to the seat. Is this a problem? What plug do you blower guys run? I looks like the NGK plug would go deeper into the cylinder. This is for my Mustang, BTW. Thanks

John

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think the NGK TR6 plugs are for the 5.0 engines.
I think you're looking for NGK UR45 or UR45IX. They come in nickel alloy or iridium.
Hope this helps.

Everything I found said the same thing, but that was for non-blown cars as far as I could tell. I did see where the TR6s were used on mod-motor cars, so I am confused. Thanks for the response.

TR6's are for mod motors not 5.0's.
