Default best cooling set up for h/c/i fox

I got a stock setup with a little bit less then a stock fan

idle at a stop light and a/c on she'll hit like 220-225

I want this car to cool very well.. cost isnt too big of a problem but dont want to blow an insane amount..

electric fan/radiator setup do you guys reccomend?

Iron Dart Jr heads, edelbrock performer RPM intake, TFS1 cam, bolt ons & gears

I heard some of those dont cool that much better then a stock fan with a stock rad.

although it would free up some power

fluidyne makes a great radiator. 180 t-stat. heavy duity fan clutch or an electric fan (like a black magic) will do the job.

First off, what year stang, If its a 94-95, you have a problem. If its a fox, go with a good radiator, T stat, and a Taurus/SN95 or even better a Lincoln MkVIII electric fan, now how are you going to control all of that, easily with a Delta controller, I personally would stay far far away form a Black Tragic, that was my very first electric fan I got on my Fox in 1998, and it lasted till about 2000 till it cracked a support bar, and broke my supercharger belt doing a little test run. Good Luck.

My car5 is not exactly a Mustang but close enough. 351W .030" over, stock heads, iron water pump, no rear coolant crossover, 180 t-stat, tap water and a bottle of water wetter, 31 x 19 Griffin single row of 1" tube aluminum radiator, 20" electric Crown vic fan that only covers about half the radiator. Car stays at or below 195, unless im sitting idling for a while (about 10 minutes) or when im at WOT, but as soon as i let off the temp drops (might have something to do with some belt slip).
