What plugs

What plugs do you guys run in your Ford motors? The Performer RPM heads I am running use 302 plugs. The motor is NA and I am in the 400hp area. What plugs and what heat range should I be running?

I always run autolite 24's... the "39" is the thread length. I have a older set of TF trackheats, a friend of mine just bought some newer trackheats and his heads take the 3924's...
