I ported my air gap to make it flow and by porting I mean gasket matched it to the big gasket size. that intake and the victor jr. will open up nicely. they make both of those with runners that funnel down to match the smaller gasket sizes.

Dont even think about getting a victor jr. I PROMISE you will lose hp across every point on the graph up to and BEYOND 6000rpm. Save the money for a set of headers or carb. You have the best avaible intake possible. Dont even consider the victor jr a possiblility unless your aiming for ATLEAST 7k.. even thats hardly enough.

already have custom headers. and a 650 DP carb. Gonna stick with the Air-Gap and see how it performs with the AFR's

Remember, your car is heavy, you need a nice broad torque curve. You aint gonna get that with a Victor JR.

My car also does not go anywhere under 2600RPM. Pretty much anything under there is useless. Besides it weighs around what a SN-95 weighs if not less.

I saw a dyno test on both of these back to back the air gap produced more low end torque by only a couple pounds and the jr produced 7 or 8 more hp up top . sounds like either will work.
