Ok guys about 10 minutes ago I went out and I UNPLUGGED the mass air meter and fired the car up and it idled perfectly fine. Right where it should have been. It sounded like it wanted to take off but I didnt engage the clutch because I was too busy gawking at the car...

I have heard from other sites that with mass air vehicles if you unplug the sensor it will idle but wont drive.
I plug the meter back in, and the car will idle horribly, eventually dying. Meters bad eh?
