just wondering what all you guys run in your T-5's? recommend any, i heard GM Synchromesh was pretty good.

Put some friction modifier in it from Ford. It is a small bottle and will help a bunch. At least it did on my manual trannys.

Dexron / Mercon III ATF is what's supposed to go in them. For personal preference I used the Mobil 1 full synthetic in my T-5"Z"
