You have a milder setup than I am running in my 351w. I went with a TKO 600 instead of the AOD slushbox. I am running the stock fuel delivery system that came with the EFI Mustang Foxbody. I have a Aeromotive EFI to Carb regulator that takes the High Fuel PSI down, it is adjustable from 3 to 15lbs of pressure and it even has a boost port for a turbo/supercharger. Is this going in a fox or something else? PM me if you have questions man.

I am going to i was under the impression that i could not go with such a agressive cam....but now i found out i can without any problems. I am going to break the motor in with this cam and then break it down to get the heads done and replace the cam after a good and proper break in.

yeah.. E cam would be very much on the small side for that motor..

try maybe a TFS2 or something of the sort if you dont want to go crazy with the motor...

I dont even think the E cam would lope in that motor.

Yeah when i had it assembled i was new to it all and i figured it would be mild but now i just want to break it in and open it up and create a monster but i have awile before i cross that bridge. I finally have the cash to get the chassis finished and the motor is going in very very soon. The only things i have left to do are the small details like tranny/fuel.

why not an e cam? it has great street manor in a carb setup and a nice broad torque curve, which is great for a heavy ass truck.
