What should i do fellas?
Its mostly a track car, if it does go on the street, i dont race it. I need better traction, my current nittos are about finished. Do you think i should...
a) put m/t et streets on the 17s
b)get some welds for it and put slicks on them, and put an all season tire on my 17 inchers

OH PS, whats the tallest tire i can fit under my car, im finishint the 1/8 in 4th cause of my 410s and i was seeing if i can put a bigger tire on it to counter the gearing.

Personally, I would go with option B. That way you can drive to dinner without being scared of rain. Also, you won't cry the first time you find a nail in those E/Ts!

Are you just shifting into 4th at the 1/8 mile, or are you topped out in 4th at the 1/8 mile?

were you at lakeland thursday night? if so, you def need to get rid of the street tires, they're killing you, plus you're launching really soft. I noticed it seemed you had a very short tire also.............I've gotten a 28 inch slick under a 90 before on 10 inch rims by rolling the lip. I also don't know what you have for suspension but you need to at least get rid of front sway bar, you weren't getting any weight transfer (assuming that was you--is your car trailered?)
