yea that was me, im ditching the front sway. i tried to launch hard, nothing. so i had to baby it and then step in it after it got out a little.

What kind of suspension modifications have you made already? I would work on getting the car to hook before I would start changing tire sizes. A 2.2 short time is horrible.

26in tall tires and 4.10 gears shouldn't be out of the question for the 1/4 mile without having to spin the engine to the moon either. I would work on dropping some time from the first 100ft and see where you end up at the top end of the track.

Definitely remove that front sway bar for starters.

that's a hella sweet car!! looks like my first 5.0 except for the black rims!!

I heard your throttle body whistle as you drove past me and thought you had an old a-trim on it!!!

get rid of front sway bar, get rid of quad shocks, airbag in right rear spring, upper and lower control arms and an 8" slick got me a 1.57 60 foot time on a fairly slow car!!
also you need to launch at a much higher rpm with those mods (did you say 4.10's)
maybe I'll run into you again, good luck! call me if you ever want to get rid of it, it made me feel homesick for my first fox!!!
