With that money forge the bottom end. Probably do that for around 2k. Then the other 3k could either look for a nice vortech. But if you want to stay n/a then just forge the bottom, gear, and tires. Swapping heads to tumble ports will be over 3k so either save more money for a headswap for n/a or slap a blower on it and be over 400rwhp. Al Papito is probably the best for building motors but he is pricey. -Mark

For a street blower get a vortech S-trim. Good for up to 20psi. 500rwhp is cable with an S-trim. Of course you'll have to upgrade the injectors, fuel rails, and fuel pump.
