Default OBD-I Diagnostic Cable?

Alright, so my dad's '95 Mustang GT (bone stock except for Flowmasters) is running like crap. It arbitrarily lacks power, returns to idle RPM very slowly, and sometimes hangs out at 1500 RPM in neutral/clutch disengaged. It's obviously something sensor related, but the OBD-I flashing engine code diagnostics leave a lot to be desired. What kind of cable to do I need, ALDL or MECS, to connect this thing to my laptop? Software like WinALDL is free, so I could easily diagnose the thing with the proper cable. Also, I'm assuming a GM ALDL OBD-I cable isn't the same pinout, right?

I can pull the codes, I have an OBD-I code reader, they don't help. I wanted to actually look at some graphs and readings on the car.

Something like this, but I think this is only for GM cars:

That's what I thought. Anything like that for a Ford though?

The OBD-II cable or an OBD-II system? If it had an OBD-II system, I already have a suite for that, but it's a '95, so it's OBD-I.

does sound liek to me you need to clean the throttle body and IAC
Really? My dad has never replaced anything on this car, ever. It has the stock '95 O2 sensors even. We tuned the IAC once using a V/O meter, but I think he went back in there fucked with that air bleed screw again. It's never been cleaned though. Just pop the air runner off and spray 'em both down with carb cleaner or what?
