Basic stuff like a good rear gear (3.73 or 4.10), drag radials, catback exhaust/ off road h or x pipe, cold air intake, under drive pulleys.. get that done and get back to us.

You don't have to go IN the motor when swapping that one out for a big Windsor.

cams and a blower would tend to require uncorking that block. A cam is straight-forward to install, however it requires alot of disassembly. Can you clarify your question?

My vote is Exhaust, gears, and a cam would wake it up nicely.

Cams? That's a pretty serious mod for those mod motors. Not really justifiable until all the other bolt ons are done and you're looking for more serious performance.

Some gears for sure! 3.73's are perfect for the trans and weight combo you have. Add a Nitrous kit and exhaust and you'll have enough power to hold you over for a little while. I had an 03 GT running 13.4 on nothing but 3.73 gears/offroad X pipe, catback exhaust and nittos.
