Default Good dealership for warranty work on modified Mustang?

My '02 GT with 21,000 mi has a squeaky clutch throw-out bearing. Which local dealerships are less likely to reject me for my aftermarket shifter, pulleys, and after-cat exhaust?

I'm familiar with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, but I'm also acquainted with the sleazy tactics of auto dealers.

I just got my car back from freedom ford for the same squeaky tob. They replaced it under warranty because of the tsb out for the tob. My car has an x-pipe, catback, intake, aftermarket springs, and a bigger hx up front and they didnt care. I would agree in taking off the shifter and putting the stock one back on since they might try to blame that since its somewhat directly related to the tranny/tob.
