Default ford contour WOOOOOOO

picked myself up a 95 ford contour GL... 115k miles, auto, 2 liter zetec engine... terrible paint on the hood and roof.

tomorrow it's getting a new fuel pump... radiator and transmission flush, oil change, and possibly a tune up. my question is, are there any issues i should look out for (beyond the whole cheap ford interior pieces breaking thing) with the engine, tranny, brakes, axles, etc. that i could run into in the next 50,000 miles or so.

i know that there was some issue from the factory with the wiring harness, but there was recall work done on this one, so i assume it won't be an issue.

long story short, the integra turned out to be less than reliable, and the civic... i just plain don't want to talk about the civic.

Look for it to be slow and take special note of its ability to repel the opposite sex.

Don't want to offend anyone, just that contour's had issues as Scott stated. Didn't they also have CV joint issues?
