what do you guys think iss the best engine combo for a street/strip mustang that is a daily driver?

 

wow that is a loaded question...you know the saying about opionions are like a**holes...everyone got one. Many different answers to that one.

That is correct!!
I woud do a 351W w/C4 just my opinion....

 

I would do a 331 turbo if it were my daily driver.

 

I am working on a 306 T70 turbo daily driver.I really fucked the budget, I blew that out of the water when I decided to put a turbo on it, now my paint and body work are on hold.

 

A 351 with a C-4 or AOD isn't a bad option, just make sure your have some 3.80's or more out back.

A 351 given the same cam and heads put on a similarly equiped 302 will likely see more power output. This would let you run a more street friendly cam so driveability wouldnt be so badly effected.
