Well, I've got 3.73s in mine, and with the current setup it's not enough, with a milder cam it would probably work better, but there's no way to give someone good advice on gears if you don't know what kind of power it's making, and where at.

i have 355's and i love 'em. i also have a AOD though. i had 410's in a 5-speed car and it was to much. and if your car makes any kind of power 410's are going to be a joke.
$0.02
$0.02

I run 430's. Great on the street with good tires, and at the track. Just not against a supra on Gandy
Still need your 410 though!
well... i asked earlier about your heads, cam, intake... cause i was going to estimate your rwhp, but if it's all generic good stuff, but no custom grind with ported heads, then i would bet you make 310 or so, and with that i would have 4.10s
I just had 4.10 put in my car 2 days ago...The world of difference. Like driving a new car. Look if gas milage is an issue your driving the wrong car to begin with. Its a gear change, then a blower then this and that. LOL If you want fast go steep I do have a 6 speed i wish i put in a 4 56 now too! grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Don't fear the gear.
When I still ran my car on the street, I had a set of 4.88's. Wasn't great on the interstate, but it was quick out of the hole.
