Default here we go again

getting ready for paint and k member install. boy it sure is ugly with the bumper cover off.

after renting a $50 tool, which they do refund, i realized it wont work, we got the spring out by removing the strut mount, which is getting thrown away anyways, notice the decompressed shock. there was minimual pressure on the spring.

we jacked it way up and supported the front on jackstands, held up by the bumper. ps dont ever take that screw out of your jack handle, or it will look like mine, what a pita.

after that, it was just a matter of six bolts to drop the k member.

next we took turns picking it up and holding it.

everythings out, time for dinner.

there sure is alot of room in here.

all degreased, install to follow.

If you live in a sub division like I do...you learn how to play musical cars with a car cover...they tried bagging me a couple of times and I knew they were coming. I put the black registered car under the cover....hahaha...then I swap them when I am working on them....I can't believe you taking the fucking car apart again......damn son...you memorized all the bolts and their placement I bet....
