Of course, it's okay. It's just going to be a pain in your ass figuring the correct belt size and route for it. You're going to want to take the car to a parts store so you can test fit. Buying belts and turning back for exchanges and refunds is too much to deal with.

I've seen that pattern used before. Just hope your tensioner doesn't pull back all the way or else the belt will chew itself up at the power steering and water pump.

I'd get the relocation bracket that moves the PS pump to the A/C compressor location (oh, wait, I did do that). As Helmut says, that 79.5 inch setup puts the belt really close to the water pump pulley, Doesn't take much of a stretch to make contact.

NAPPA knows me by sight now. Every time I go in the guy behind the counter just automatically goes in the back and gets an armload of belts.

You can simply redrill the hole that locates the tensioner. That way the belt will never rub. Simple as hell, takes only like 5 min. and one hole to be drilled.
Lets you run the short belt and as big of waterpump pulley as needed w/o fear of contact.
