yea, the a/c pulley spins freely, just bypass the p/s and ditch the smog pump.

I picked up a 1/2 mph from the power steering bypass, can't be certain if it was the conditions (very similar weather, raced one week, then the next week), but that's definately worth the $20 belt investment.
