RESTO 5.0 has them as well as Mustangs Unlimited and they actually are the real deal and still say Mustang on them unlike many of the others.

Painted with good automotive paint (not flat black spray can) they will even last a long time. I've seen more than one set of the *covers* all sticking out, hanging off and looking like ass.
I'm leaning away from those covers as well, I can't see how they would even fit flush like alot of places say, they've got to stick out. i've heard these windows are a pain in the ass to get out, has anybody done this before?

Go to 50resto.com or call Mustangs Unlimited, one of the 2 have originals(it states limited supply in their catalogs), they do have the actually "Mustang" inscribed on the windows.

I think they only have the hatch ones though - which still puts the coupe ones at big $$ I hate nasty quarterglass more than anything. Im lucky that mine is in good shape, because thats a huge dent in the wallet for one of those things that doesnt look like it should be that expensive.

That's pretty much the only thing I'm lacking on my car is the new 1/4 windows and the window door trim(cracking a little) and I'm done. Expensive little bastards.
