Default carb'd setup

I'm running the complete MSD ignition with no problems on my carb'd 306. MSD distributor with 6AL box. I'll have to look for part numbers. I dont have a/c or heater in mine either..just power steering as far as accesories...and you will need to run one of those "real quiet" electric fuel pumps.

my car doesnt have ac, there is plenty of room for the hoses though. i plugged the dizzy directly to my msd box. i do have a electric fuel pump. the same dizzy is available from msd for a 351.

How did you hook up your elec fuel pump? Im using the in tank stock efi run to a Aeromotive A1000 efi to carb regulator. Did you take out your old EFI harness?

im in lakeland, I want to keep my ac and everything working in the car. But if the 351w msd distributor plugs right into a 6al then that will solve my problems.

the 8582 wont work with some ignitons my crane didnt like it because of the way the internal pick-ups are done(2 I think) so I switched to an autozone one.

I am sending back my Accel and getting the MSD Distributor and 6AL, Will the stock fuel pump run without the computer in the car? Or by taking it out did that kill the power to the pump? Thanks for all the advice guys. I REALLY don't want to have to put a painless kit in. The AC wires run through the harness on the computer side.
