Thanks for the support. Today was pretty shitty.. I found I'm going to have to drop the k-member to turn one of the headers around so shit fits right. HP didn't mark a single piece of the kit as to whether it's left or right, or anything that would give you a clue on orientation. The only way I managed to even get the headers on the correct side is that one is slotted for the dipstick. Other than that they can go on two different ways. Looks like I got one right and one wrong.

On top of that I snapped an intake bolt After I got the snapped bolt out I called it a day.

Just keep thinking about the end result and be happy you are in the position to even do all that work. I won't be able to do that until the kids go off the college... and I don't even have any kids yet....

lookin good man. that is gonna be one sweet ride. is this all being done in your garage or where at? doesnt look like to much more but then again its the little shit that takes the most time and puttin it back together. good luck

I appreciate the comments guys. Yeah, I'm doing it in my garage.


Heres the latest round.. I can't get the tubing on the drivers side to fit, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I had this week off to work to finish it, but I'm not gonna have time to mess with it after that.

Damn! Looks defective. I guess you'll just have to give me your kit and you can have my ProCharger. Tough break... (lol)


Be sure to keep everything loose and don't shove the piping together. It will take a few passes to get it all fitted just right. (I know you know all this)

I think I'm just gonna forget about that side and run the passenger side.. peg leg turbo style


I could of done 4 KB installs in the time it's taken me to put this kit on... But I know in the end it's gonna be worth it.
