So you didn't take my advice and have the heads checked huh?

Find somebody that has a machineists strait edge and check your block. I doubt the block is warped but check it first.

No, I figured what would be the point of checking them prior, would cost me the same amount of time/money to know whether or not something was warped if it was either by putting it together and see what it does or have the block and heads checked. Well, I think we all know one or the other is fucked.

I don't even really care which it is, because it is getting a new engine regardless. Tired of dealing with all these little problems, time to start fresh.

The heads were resurfaced before he put it back together, why would he have the heads checked? I told him to have the block checked before he put it back together last time. I'd put money on the block being warped. Even if the block is not true, an o-ring in the block could have possibly stopped the head gaskets from blowing.

The heads were resurfaced before the last head gasket change, I figured since the temp never got above 200-210 after the last gaskets blew, they should be fine, apparently not.

That's because everyone is infatuated with my uncanny ability to blow head gaskets.
