get one of the guys in pinellas to look at it and then say 'the Greater Tampa Bay Area" instead of "Tampa/Brandon"....

I also wouldn't hide the VIN number. They'll be calling brandon ford to discuss it anyway. You may as well be forthright with it rather than evasive about providing it. (unless a lawyer specifically advises you to withold it)

I omitted it from this website for legal reasons. The VIN is still in the letter.

Thanks. I also plan on continuing to advertise the fact that "Brandon Ford Did Not Honor My Warranty". How about a nice big banner on the driver's side of a mini-van? That should do the trick!
