Sounds like defective or too smal of a booster, defective MC, or just not enough vac. Sorry for the wide range of ideas, but its that kind of problem

I have a 351 and i noticed the same problem with my breaks and the only way I can keep my brakes stiff is by replacing the master cylinder every couple of months... dunno what the prob is..
