now, this says that i can reach a possible 85% increase in horsepower by adding this thing.

Is it just me or is that a fricken lot of horsepower? I mean, i dont exactly know how much horsepower these 5.0 stangs have, but on a car with 225hp: adding this SC would yield 416hp with no computer or timing modifications.

Am i just misreading it or what? As always thanks for the help!

 

you would realistically see much less than that without any tuning. they come to that conclusion in perfect conditions. and the humidity and climate here dont exatly match perfect conditions, lol

if you tuned it right, you could def see the 400's without a problem. the intercooling makes a noticable difference along with a proper tune

 

Almost all of the power adders out there make pretty much the same claims power wise. Procharger comes with an intercooler that is why they claim no timing changes (from stock). Results DEFINITELY vary from car to car.

Really there is no "wrong" way power adder wise, you just have to choose which type you want to go with and then narrow it down.

Here is a good example of what the P600 blowers go for used.

 

its not a guarnteed 85% gain, the ad says 60-85%. so you can do the math and see what you horsepower range would be.
