it's a stock 01 motor with ~100 miles on it. the internals are all stock (I have 4 month old twin girls...ask Scott if I have any extra cash for upgrades...lol). I powdercoated the front cover black, the oil pan and intake crossover are black chrome, and the Team Breed cam covers....

Very clean swap .. the motor does look great. Too bad there's no mods, some people have been making pretty good power n/a with the 2v's.

You should see the oil mess that is my shortblock.

PS...the 99 motor that came out is for sale...it made 237rwhp and 29x rwtq with a home-ported plenum and 3-chamber flows...all else stock. I can disassemble it if somebody wants just the heads, etc... I'll post them up in the for sale section...PM me if you have any questions...

(nothing like jacking my own thread!!!!!)

Mods will be coming up hopefully before next summer. I got a job offer in TX making about 3x as much as I make here. So between my wife and the twins, that will leave me at least $10 a month for mods . Actually, the next thing to go in will be a VT stroker with p/p heads and stage 2 blower cams...guess what else
