Tranny rebuild

Im with Jerimie. Id say if you had a core, a full worldclass rebuild would be no more than 400. The tranny shop that race related uses, is pretty cheap, Im pretty sure he is pretty good, but james could give you a better judgment on him.

If you wanted to go all out, D&D has there 2.95 super alloy gearset for $450, then you need a rebuild kit..... course then arent far from a tremec or a T5z.
Btw you have a WC in your car already, dont buy into all that stuff you see on ebay parts about WC stuff into yours, you already have it. Only upgrades is stuff like the t5z has....

I just need this tranny to last me 6 months or so until I can afford a tko or gforce.
Maybe I should just toss in a used t5 and call it a day?

Or pick up a coule of used 4 banger ones for dirt cheap, just need a special pilot bushing, and run on that for awhile, they will last a while as long as you dont beat on them
