It should either be at stock pressure or maybe even turned down a little .. you may be over injected.

Well, a good tune is better than bolt ons! Any ways, the adjustable FPR is a good thing. I think you can get a cheap fuel pressure guage from Summit for $20. That is a must in my book! I think it should be set around 32lbs at idle. (But I'm old and can't remember that off the top of my head... )
The ported intake will help you out as well. What size TB are you running? 65 is all you should need, so don't go bigger!!

On your times, what were your 60's before the tire change? Less side wall doesn't help the short times. Also, was 76mph from before and after the head+cam swap? You didn't see any MPH change

It seems odd that your overall MPH didn't change??

What RPMs are you shifting at? Auto or manual? How many miles on the bottom end? So when the heads were done, did you have anything done to them?? Milled (smaller CC for higher compression), Ported and polished, 3(or more) angle valve job, stock valves put back?, which spring kit did you use?

Good valves and spring kit! I use the same spring kit with my stock heads. That TF kit is good for a .550 lift, so make sure that your gross valve lift, with cam and 1.7 rockers, does not exceed that amount. Other than that, for a N/A application, I would have milled the heads, but that is just me. Overall, I would have expected to see some increase. It would have been nice to have know the HP numbers before and after the changes. If money is real tight, try to get to one of the dyno days that this section sponsors. You can get two pulls for $40 with Air/Fuel numbers. That will give you a good starting point and it will let you know where your peak numbes are.
