I am assuming that the engine is pretty much stock and if it's not that it has just minor stuff. Get a Walbro 190 lph fuel pump. No it will not severely effect your gas mileage. Don't be talked into some expensive brand because most likely it is a Walbro with a "" sticker put on it.

Use some common sense here....
Unless you increase your injector pulse width, injector size or fuel pressure (via a fuel pressure regulator) or change your fuel maps in your ECU, you're not going to put any more fuel into the cylinders. Thus your mileage won't really change.

what is the reason why you are replacing the pump and what are your future plans? answer those questions and go from there.. 190 or 255 will be fine depending on what your plans are.
