Now, how do I get it on? You recommend anyone or is it pretty easy to do by yourself? I am pretty good with figuring things out and I have a couple of friends who know what they are doing, what do you suggest?

They will bolt right up . You can do it yourself in your driveway with the car on jack stands and simple hand tools . . Just hit the bolts real good with some WD-40 or PBR because they are tight . It may be a little tricky getting things lined up so an extra set of hands would be helpful . Good Luck!

Alright, I think I found the one I want, this includes everything right? Am I going to want more sound or horsepower still if I get this instead of a X or H pipe?

no , that is only the cat-back . You can get just this and it will bolt right up to your factory h-pipe giving you performance and better sound . You dont have to get an aftermarket mid pipe .

Do not stress too much on exhaust sounds. Start doing things to the car that will make it faster instead. As your car gets faster with mod after mod the exhaust tone/pitch will change. When you reach a certain point where you think you'll be satisfied with the car's performance then worry about exhaust notes.
