Well my motor is in the machine shop and in order for me to get it balanced i need to supply a flexplate and a (Harmonic) balancer.
This is my first motor i am building and i have been reading alot but i am still new ot it, what tooth Flexplate/Brand should i get and what brand/weight balancer is best for a 351W?

 

28oz balancer for a 351w (302's take a 50oz stock) unless you're going to spin it high RPMs, then i would balance it internally..


I've got a 28oz SFI balancer that I'm selling ($125) and I believe I still have my 157 tooth JW "The Wheel' (also SFI rated) that I'm selling for $100 that was used in the same application. Let me know if you're interested via PM or email.

Ok I don't have the flexplate any longer, give me $100 for the balancer and we're good.. anything else you need?

 

Yeah i need a flexplate =) carb,intake manifold bunch of stuff but right this second i need a balancer/flexplate so he can balance my motor so i can get it back and start assembly

 

well let me know if you're interested in the balancer, normally runs closer to 300. i've got some rocker arms (1.7) that I'm selling along with pushrods, etc. Let me know.
