I think if you change the timing you'll have to get another dyno to make the hp/weight certifiable, not?

the trophy chic:o

I had a good day going till it was time to qualify. After like 6 laps my clutch cable failed, come to find the insulation I had around it fell off and the cable melted on the headers. So after a mad rush into town to Autozone to get a cable and put it in, I make it to the grid for the race.

I was qualified 2nd in AI and 9th overall, first lap I pass Bryan Shugg who was the series champ and I think is leading the points, and the 7th overall car. Those two start fighting behind me and I get a chance to get away a bit, then like 6 laps in, I step on the clutch and the quadrant strips, leaving me again w/ no clutch! It took me like two laps to like figure out the best way to drive with no clutch, by then Shugg was all in my mirror.

I put up a good fight for like a lap or two but he got by me then it started to rain so I lost hope in trying to catch him and just wanted to bring the car home in one piece and in second. I think two othe cars passed me after that so I think I finished 10th overall and 2nd in AI. I was very pleased to say the least.

Shifting with a broken quadrant sucks. Especially downshifting, must have been a pain in the ass.

Congrats on a good finish though.
